Shipping & Delivery

Products are generally dispatched in 2-3 working days depending upon the product you have ordered. Shipping is done through only reputed courier agencies to ensure your products reach you in good condition within the best possible time. Shipping is done only on the working days i.e. excluding Sundays / Public Holidays.

Return & Refund Policy

We don’t have return and refunds policy.We wish to build a brand of trust and a treasured relationship with our customer. We are sure you will place an order because you loved the product. Although we are confident of the quality of the ordered product that we send to you, there could be issues which warrant return/exchange of the product. We do deal in exchange of products. Exchange is available only on those products that reaches you damaged.To initiate exchange process please leave us a mail on help@theluxematic.com along with the picture of the damaged product. Exchanges will be accepted only in the case of manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item. Your exchange request should be sent by email to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. The product should then be couriered back to us within 7 days of receipt of the same.Your product must be in its original unused condition in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact to be exchanged. Item to be exchanged to be returned to us within 7 days of the date of receipt of goods by customer. 1. Please email help@theluxematic.com to request an exchange and we will acknowledge your exchange. 2. Mail your returned item along with the original packaging material to us. 3. You can choose an alternate product of the same, lower or higher value for the product accepted by us as exchange. The same will be dispatched within 5-7 working days. 4. In case the value of the alternate product is higher you will have to pay the difference. If the value is lower, we will issue you a credit note for the balance value.

Tracking your Order

We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers and depending upon where you live estimate a delay of 2-3 days.In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

Cancellation Policy

We don't accept any cancellation once the order is confirmed.
